Charles H. Dufton
President 1956 - 1957Born in 1912, Charles H. Dufton graduated from Yale University in 1934 and completed his graduated studies at the University of Michigan and Harvard University in 1936 and 1939, respectively.
Dufton, an economist with the Bureau of the Budget during Franklin D. Roosevelt’s administration, also taught economics at Harvard University before become a professor and Chairman of the Marketing Department at Northeastern University, where he retired in 1977.
