This is our first DEI event series focusing on the topic of creating inclusive workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees.

About this event

We are excited to announce the launch of our DEI event series! Each quarter, AMA Boston will be partnering with other chapters across the country to talk about different DEI topics and provide a forum for our community to ask questions and learn from one another.

In celebration of Pride month, this event will be focusing on the topic of creating inclusive workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees. We’ll be hearing from our panel of guest speakers Rebecca Sanborn, founder and President of Sanborn Diversity Training Solutions LLC, and Laramey Lawson, EVP, Insights & Engagement at GS&F, on the topic and you will also have the opportunity to engage with other event attendees.

AMA Boston has partnered with AMA Triangle and AMA Nashville to bring you this exciting event. You’ll be able to connect with other members of the AMA Triangle and Nashville communities, as well as members of the Boston community.

We will be donating half of all proceeds to The Trevor Project, a non-profit organization focused on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth. You can learn more about The Trevor Project here.
