Sam is VP, Creative Director at Arnold, working on Santander Bank and ESPN. His previous accounts include Carnival, Hardee’s, New Balance and SolarCity. Prior to joining Arnold, he worked at Mullen on Google, National Geographic Channel and the Department of Defense. Sam’s work has garnered awards at Cannes, The One Show, CLIO, London International, D&AD, Art Director’s Club, Webby, ANDY, Effie, CA and FWA, among others. He is a graduate of the New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk University with a BFA in Graphic Design.
Mark Philip, VP, Group Creative Director, Digitas
As a creative director, Mark pushes brands’ boundaries to help them break through and find relevance with today’s consumers. He often combines digital innovation with traditional marketing techniques to create unique sweet spots for his clients. In 2016, he created one of the first branded lenses for Snapchat, The Gatorade Super Bowl Dunk, which had more than 165 million views—making it the most watched ad of the Super Bowl and it didn’t even appear on tv. His work has been recognized by every major industry award show and publication including The One Show, Clio, ADC, Webby, Effies, Lürzer’s Archive and Cannes where he’s won 5 Lions. But he still considers his 6-year-old son his greatest work to date, even though he’s yet to win any awards.

Brad McCormick, Vice President Social Media, AMA Boston Chapter
Brad McCormick is an award-winning sales and marketing strategist. During his more than a decade of experience working for and selling to Fortune 500 companies, Brad has sold and promoted recorded music, licensed apparel and accessories, and even developed his own products and an app for the iphone. During his tenure at Warner Music Group, Brad conceptualized and developed Run Out Groove, a fan-driven vinyl-only record label. He is currently on the board of directors for AMA Boston and serves as the Vice President of Social Media. Brad currently is consulting for e-commerce businesses and podcasters and lives on the South Shore with his wife and their dog, Lilly.
